& Family Counseling

Teens and families can receive individual and family counseling with caring professionals who specialize in adolescent and family development. The goals of therapy include identifying the problem, providing relief through understanding, education, cognitive behavioral therapy, and the creation of steps towards resolution.

Cost:

First Session Cost: $80 *Subsequent sessions will be charged on a sliding scale according to household income.
Max. Session Cost: $80 *Financial assistance is available, please call to see if you qualify.
 

Payment:

Payment is expected on the day services are rendered.
We do accept California Victim Compensation, cash, and all major credit cards through PayPal.

We do accept a limited number of Medi-Cal clients.

At this time we do not accept private insurance or FHA.

*Scholarships and sliding scale opportunities are available

*You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. Sometimes a crisis can happen at work. After a traumatic event, it's important to know that you and your staff can navigate what has happened. Please fill out the form if you would like our post-trauma response team to meet with you.

California Victim

Compensation

The California Victim Compensation Program (VCP) offers payment for mental health services through Counseling & Resources for individuals who are victims of a crime, suffered emotional injuries as a result of witnessing a violent crime, or are directly affected by a crime. In order to schedule a session paid for with VCP you must have a VCP application number.
