Residents will engage in various activities, learn to live in a dorm environment, appreciate cross-cultural experiences, discover how God works in their lives, and develop habits that will keep them centered throughout the year.

The Central Street Residency is a collaboration between One-Eighty Programs and the NORCAL Association of NAB churches.

MIKAELA SCHMIERER

She loves connecting with others, whether playing games, jumping into deep conversations, or simply chatting over coffee. When she’s not at the gym, walking on a sunny day, or thrifting, Mikaela is reading one of the many books stacked in the corner of her room. We're excited for you to meet her!

DENES DAMASDI, PhD
Residency Program Director
Denes (pronounced “danish”) is originally from Hungary and has been working in ministry in different places for over 15 years. He holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. in theology from the Reformed Theological University of Debrecen. He and his wife live in Galt with their four children. Denes is passionate about teaching and equipping young people in a way that helps them find meaning and purpose for the future. In his free time, he enjoys reading, podcasts, and a good boardgame.
