  • One-Eighty | Intensive Outpatient Program

Intensive outpatient program 9 Weeks Build Hope Find Strength Discover You! One-Eighty Counseling & Resources Mission One-Eighty Counseling & Resources exists to address the unique concerns of teenagers and their families through individual, family and group counseling. Intensive Outpatient Program One-Eighty’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) was created to meet the emotional and behavioral needs of students between the ages of 12-19 . Meeting 9 hours per week for 9 weeks , our IOP includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy, group processing, and practicing coping skills in response to overwhelming or distressing emotions. Included is a Job Readiness Program, where we prepare students to think about their future, identify strengths, write resumes, do mock interviews, and more. Through the incorporation of adventure skills, we help students build confidence and overcome fear by rock climbing (at the One-Eighty Teen Center), zip lining through the Redwoods, and team building in Tahoe. While the students are meeting in their groups, parents will attend a parenting class/support group led by a professional counselor. F.A.Q.'s What is the cost? Compared to other IOP programs, one-Eighty's Intensive Outpatient Program could cost as much as $6,885 per person. Yet, thanks to the Lodi Memorial Hospital Foundation, the Junior League of San Joaquin County, and the San Joaquin Community Foundation - Community Health Fund, this program has been reduced to an intake fee of $375 per person . ( * Please note that this fee is non-refundable.*) These foundations are committed to enhancing the greater Lodi community’s health care and healthy living. Teen mental health is one of their top priorities! Important Information One-Eighty's Base Camp 11 West Lockeford Street Lodi , CA 95240 Phone: (209) 339-1616 Email: counseli ng@180lo di.org Next Start Date August 2026 Groups align with the LUSD Calendar. How long is the program? The One-Eighty Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a 9-week-long program from your given start date. Any accommodations for holidays will be noted during your sessions. Sessions are Mon - Thurs (3:45-6:00 pm). What is Base Camp? In 2022, the expansion of our One-Eighty Outdoor Adventures Program prompted the teaching of resiliency and coping skills to teens who would join us on our adventure treks. So much of what can be learned in nature (i.e. rappelling, hiking, kayaking ) can be translated to life. In moments of tiredness and opposition, we need to discover the tools and "grit" inside of us to push through to victory on the other side. In collaboration with our One-Eighty Counseling and Resources Program came the idea of our Dan Brown House (next door) becoming the new headquarters for our Adventures Program, where students are taught how to build skills of resiliency on and off the trail . One-Eighty's Intensive Outpatient Program is just one expression of our desire to see teens use and develop what they have been given to become all that they can be. It's just a step, but we hope that through this and more, they too can see the victory on the other side. What is the Parent Parallel? Our IOP offers a Parent Parallel process at our professional counseling office in downtown Lodi. You and the other parents will have the opportunity to meet 4x’s, glean what your child is learning, support each other, and learn some new strategies from a professional counselor. Upon enrollment, you will receive your four dates. GET STARTED >>> Interested to Know More? • One-Eighty | Party Trailer

rent The One-Eighty's party trailer COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION! The Party Trailer is free to use for anyone in the community. Our only “cost” is that you would step outside your comfort zone a little, and use the party trailer as a way to invite folks from your neighborhood--hopefully, someone new that you don’t know. Since 2002 One-Eighty has been in the business of building bridges in our community. One of the centerpieces of our programming is our “Intentional Neighboring" Program. We’ve moved One-Eighty staff into neighborhoods identified by Lodi PD as underserved and in need of help. These staff members build relationships, intentionally reaching out to folks from diverse backgrounds, in order to build stronger and more resilient communities. We’ve seen huge success with these efforts, with joy, hope, and transformation taking place both in the neighborhoods and in the lives of our Intentional Neighbors themselves. It got us thinking… why can’t every follower of Jesus see themselves as an “intentional neighbor?” After all, Jesus' first miracle was a party (John 2), and the first time Jesus sent out his disciples, he sent them with specific instructions to enter new houses, eat together with people, bring healing where they are hurting, and (only after all this is happening) proclaim that the Kingdom of God has come near (Luke 10). The Party Trailer was designed as a way for you to begin doing something similar. So by all means, use it to throw a great birthday party or other fun events for friends and family, but also bring in people you don’t know. Get to know them, love them, and give and receive grace and peace with them. We believe that when Jesus’ followers invite others into their lives, good things happen. The Gospel becomes very real, and our city becomes a much better place. Serving our City, The One-Eighty Team P.S. Here is the less important "fine-print" : Once you’ve reserved your Party Trailer date with our admin, someone from our team will reach out to you with a pick-up time and instructions for use. There are handy instructions for clean-up inside the trailer door. We ask that you return everything clean and nice, and if you use up the gasoline or propane, you replace it for the next party. If something breaks or is damaged, no worries. We will fix it. Just make sure to let us know.
